KEVIN KEADY* - Managing Director
Kevin has 29 years of experience in both capital markets and investment management. Prior to co-founding KCP in 2006, Kevin worked with multiple investment teams to raise alternative and traditional assets from sophisticated investors, consultants and plan sponsors globally. Previously, Kevin was a Managing Director in charge of the U.S. Defined Benefit sales effort for CSAM in NY. While at CS, assets grew from $350 million to $130 billion. Kevin has in-depth relationships with CIO’s from top Fortune 500 companies as well as an extensive consultant network. Kevin earned his BA in English with a concentration in Business and Economics from Franklin & Marshall College.

GREGORY NEUMANN* - Managing Director
Greg has 28 years of experience in both asset management and investment banking. Previously, Greg was a Managing Director in charge of North American institutional sales and marketing for Auriel Capital, a London-based systematic global macro firm. Prior to Auriel, Greg headed up institutional distribution for Alstra Capital, a fund of hedge funds. Prior to Alstra Capital, Greg spent eleven years in various institutional sales and marketing positions with Deutsche Asset Management in Asia and in New York and eleven years in various investment banking and asset management positions with Morgan Stanley in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Sydney and New York. Greg earned his MBA in Finance from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business and his BA in Economics from Colgate University.

DAVID NAUMCHEFF* – Managing Director
Dave has 15 years of experience advising and raising capital for domestic and international alternative investment firms whose strategies include buyout, mezzanine, infrastructure, real estate, secondaries, mortgage-backed securities and distressed. Prior to Karis, Dave marketed private alternative fund offerings to all categories of institutional investors for Pinnacle Trust Partners and Jerome P Greene & Associates. Dave earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Ball State University, where he is a member of the Athletic Hall of Fame.

SERENA ZALKOWITZ - Analyst
Serena joined KCP in 2017. Previously, she worked as a Summer Analyst at Blue Marble Microinsurance in New York. Serena speaks English, German, French, Italian, and Thai. She earned her BA in Economics, International Relations, and Italian Studies from Wesleyan University.
